Website terms

Using the service

Use the website for lawful team and community activities. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials private and only upload information or content you are entitled to share. Adults creating family accounts must be authorized to act for their household.

Team management and published content

Team administrators are responsible for their organization’s content, permissions, registration policies, player-photo approvals and communications. Do not upload harmful, abusive, unlawful or infringing material. Report problems through the Contact page.

Plans and billing

Every plan includes one managed team. Free supports up to 15 players and includes advertisements, with no payment collection. Basic supports 30 players, Plus 50 and Pro unlimited. A paid Multi-sport add-on permits additional teams and removes roster limits. Custom domains require Plus or Pro. Prices, billing intervals and included services are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Paid checkout currently operates in test mode.

Registration and team fees

Each team sets its registration details, eligibility and any fees. Review the specific program before registering. Questions about participation, cancellation or refunds should go to the team administrator. A website registration is not a guarantee of selection or participation until the team confirms it.

Service availability

Features may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Keep appropriate copies of important records. The platform does not replace coaches’ supervision, safeguarding procedures or emergency communication. Contact emergency services directly when urgent help is needed.

Account and content requests

Contact the administrator to request account changes or report misuse. Access may be restricted to protect users or investigate misuse. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Demo websites

Demo teams, rosters, events and generated photographs are fictional and supplied for illustration. Demo sites are read-only and do not accept registrations or payments.
